If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may incur a partial refund.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Any item received damaged or with a manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To file a damage claim, email us with the order number, type of damage and photos (if applicable) and it will be processed within 48 hours excluding weekends.
